Sati - Monica encountered this word for the first time in Thailand in 2015 after a yoga session

in a beautiful house in Chiang Mai

and her teacher taught her is a term derived from Pali language and it can be translated to mean

"awareness" or "mindfulness".

Sati is a spiritual or psychological faculty that forms an essential part of Buddhist practice.

This term stuck with Monica ever since as it reflects one of her core values both in business and private life: she believes is with and through Awareness that growth happens.

Monica ​deeply believes every creative deserves happiness

and her mission is to help artists overcome perfectionism, overwhelm, fears, procrastination, resistance

to find joy & freedom in creating.

With easy, effective tools, a ton of genuine kindness,

 respect for their intuition, true care, compassion and a sprinkle of playfulness she walks alongside them to help find delight and fulfilment in their creativity.

Because they're worthy of it.

        Monica is a self taught and forever evolving artist.

She likes to play with different mediums:

she is a Watercolour painter, natural Jewellery maker,

entrepreneur and diyer.

She loves to recycle, upcycle & reuse and she's exploring sculpturing.

​

Monica is a mum of two wonderful little kids

and a wanderer.

​

She's originally from Italy but traveled through Europe, Middle East, South-East Asia and Oceania.

She lived in Australia for a long time and during her travels she's been inspired by other cultures and places, 

taking ideas and parts of nature with her, 

which reflect in her open minded, inquisitive approach in her coaching practice and artwork. 

​

Her background is various as she has studied Arabic, Naturopathy, she is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, Cranio-Sacral Therapist, Reflexologist,

Thai Massage Therapist and Reiki practitioner.

She is a certified Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coach

and a lifelong student.

Monica's beliefs are reflected in every aspect of her work. 

Her passion and willingness are strong

and she is driven to make

meaningful connections through art.

 

She has finally embraced her creative calling and is eager to help other creatives live joyfully.
